April 6 5th Sunday of Lent and Communion Sunday

As Jesus was getting ready for Passover, his friend Mary unexpectedly anointed his feet with extremely expensive perfume. This was a crazy move for people who didn’t have much money. What is God doing today?
April 13 Palm Sunday
Scripture: Mark 11: 1-11 (Jesus enters into Jerusalem)

Sermon Title: “Entering In”
On Palm Sunday we remember when Jesus processes into Jerusalem riding on a donkey on a path of palms. This is a triumphant scene before the passion narrative we remember during holy week. What does this triumphant entrance show us about Jesus’ final days before his death and what does it say about how we should enter into Holy Week?
April 17 Maundy Thursday Dinner with Communion 5:45 PM, immediately followed by church service
Join us at 5:45 for dinner and Communion Table Service in Fellowship Hall. Following dinner we will move to the church to continue our Good Friday service with moving choir music, Passion readings and the extinguishing of candles. This will be a beautiful evening of reflection and prayer.
April 20 EASTER SUNDAY 8:00 Easter Breakfast, 9:00 Easter Egg Roll, 9:15 Easter Sunday Service
